Vajenepalli Dilip Kumar is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He is responsible for leading the finance function, overseeing financial planning, working capital management, audit, compliance, and treasury operations, regulatory adherence, financial controls, accurate reporting, and fund management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur. He has passed the final examination of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Quality CARE India Limited as the assistant general manager of finance and accounts, and Marengo Asia Healthcare Private Limited as an assistant vice president – finance and strategy. He has been associated with our Company since May 8, 2026. Since, he was appointed in Fiscal 2026.
Vinod Kumar Saraf is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. He is responsible for leading the legal and secretarial function, overseeing contract management, litigation, intellectual property, and statutory compliance under applicable laws, ensuring regulatory adherence, legal risk mitigation, and corporate governance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Nagarjuna University, Guntur, and master’s degrees in commerce and business administration from Osmania University, Hyderabad, and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad, respectively. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with More Retail Private Limited, as senior general manager – legal, and with Merabo Labs Private Limited and Brisam Retail Private Limited, both in the capacity of a senior manager – legal. He has been associated with our Company since May 10, 2023.
